background/ intrest

For those of you that don't no me yet, my name is Jeff Haneline. Im a freshman like the majority of you guys, I grew up in Fishers, Indiana and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern high school. I lived in Fishers for 18 years and I've been waiting for college to come for so long. I enjoy hanging with friends golfing, and playing beach volleyball. I played on our schools golf team for 3 years, and this past year we won state. My friends mean a lot to me and I was nervous about meeting new people in college. Thats the thing about college, there is so many different types of people that you just have to be open to meeting everyone. If you go into college being close minded then you probably wont take anything from it but on the other hand if you are open minded to everyone around you, you can create tons of friendships. I was afraid to make new friends in college because I thought that I would leave behind the old ones. But one of my professors told me something that I wont ever forget. He said, " the friends you make in college are the friends you have forever."
